This is a test setup using my old ten gallon ten. It is intended to see what happens if not only is there more than two clownfish (i.e. not recommended), but a mix too (again, not currently recommended), of juvenile clownfish growing up together.

Just a fyi, 'rubbish bin' aquariums are defined as those that not only have just a random mix of live stock, but also is usually the target for stocking when no other better option is available, and this can be just where all manners of different live stock is added without regard for parameters, compatibility, etc. This is my first true 'rubbish bin' aquarium. I will constantly update this first post until the time in which the setup is truly determined to have ended being a 'rubbish bin' aquarium.

Following the research done on keeping Rheoheros lentiginosus here, this thread serves as a blog/journal/diary/tracking of the setting up of an aquarium for this species of central american cichlid. Parameter measurements are all done with API test kits, except for temperature which is measured with the Hanna Checktemp Digital Thermometer. Full setup list, total cost: $899.11
